If You Want to Truly Enjoy any True Fine Wine, The Following Three Items Are not to be Forgotten:
- True Fine Wines. These are not easy to get just anywhere. Expensive (when Purchasing Retail) – often $125 and up a bottle – there is a better way. Enroll in this Wine of the Month Club and rest assured that you will only receive True Fine Wines.
- Fabulous Pairings for those True Fine Wines. Pairing the perfect bottle of wine with your meal is one of those things that is a science and an art form all in one. Once mastered though, it will give you pleasure in both accomplishment and deliciousness. It is a timeless tradition, and something that should be passed on through the Generations.
- Company of your Loved One(s). Any day can end well when we have the company of our loved ones around us. A glass of wine shared at the end or middle of the day only adds to the enjoyment of the Wine you partake in. Whether it be a Romantic “Wine Event” with your partner or an evening glass with your loved one(s), enjoying a glass of wine and company together is never a bad way to go with time spent. Family, Friends. Enjoy the time you have with them.
These three things together are the perfect combination for that Wine Magic mentioned earlier to occur. “True Fine Wine, Great Food Pairings, and the Love of your Desired Company,” as a friend puts it.
Want to try your hand at Food and Wine Pairings? Here is one Suggestion to get you Started:
Charcuterie Boards (Or Plates):
These can be set up in simple to elegant designs. You want to have an assortment of Cheeses, Nuts, Dried Fruits, Crackers, Jams/Jellies, Chocolates, Meats (Salty and Savory), Honey (1 or multiple Variations), Fresh Berries, Pickles and Vegetables. These are set up to be picked up in tastes as they are enjoyed with the Wines.
Wines that Go With This?
If you want some recommendations, that same friend mentioned earlier has quite a list for you to shop from. You can pair any of these appetizers with any of the True Fines Wines you are about to receive from our “True Fine Wines” Wine of the Month Club (because you already signed up I’m thinking); here are some recommendations that he thought you might enjoy!
He recommends you start out with the More Than Muse or Tanya Ricord Rose, keeping it light to begin with before trying the heavier wines:
- Tanya Ricord Moscato or
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio.
- Moving into the More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc
- or More Than Muse Chenin Blanc.
- Then there is the More Than Muse Chardonnay.
- Which then you can go into the Nile Eddy Pinot Grigio,
- and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Adding to it the Linda Horn Cabernet Franc
- and Ricord Merlot.
If doing a tasting, you can’t miss with any of these wines. We hope you enjoy and savor every drop of whichever wines you decide to pair alongside your charcuterie.
Note to the wise: When it comes to your charcuterie, to make it a Plate, you simple Pre-Dish Items and Make them Single Servings for your Guests. This is perfect for when there is just a couple or a few of you. Paired with one of our True Fines Wines, you can’t miss.
